January 9th Running Assessments with Amanda Sutton DPT.

Have you been looking for professional feedback on your running style or need help overcoming an injury? Start the new year off strong and book an appointment with Amanda Sutton, DPT for a running assessment. Amanda is a practicing Physical Therapist with 12 years experience specializing in runners and athletes. 

Your 1 hour in-depth 1:1 assessment will include strength, mobility, and stability testing along with a dynamic running assessment on the treadmill with visual feedback.

Join us for our Cold Run/Warm Yoga series. Join us to walk or run 1-3 miles at 5:15 outside and stick around for a 30-minute “yoga for runners” class taught by our very own Jen Davey beginning at 6:00. You can join for either/both parts.

Altra X WRRC
March 27 @ 6:00p

Join us to try out some shoes from our newest brand, Altra. We will have the newest styles (Escalante 4, Torin 8) available for you to try on a walk or run. This event is a great way to try a new shoe without having to make a purchase.

We will have a pre-planned route of 1-3.5 miles. Choose your distance and your pace. Our events are free and open to the public. Show up a few minutes early to try on the different styles and get the correct size if you’d like to try an Altra. Trying the demo shoes is not required to attend, you can show up just to join in on a run/walk.

Advance sign up also not required. All you have to do is show up prior to 6:00p and join the fun. All ages and paces welcome. We hope you can join us!

TOPO Demo Party

Want to try a new shoe with no purchase required?  Stop by on April 10th and try the new Aura and other style from Topo Athletic.

SideKicks Every Monday!

In our community (Columbus, Indiana), there are many individuals with special needs who would love to be more active but need someone to stay with them during these activities. Sidekicks created a running group for these teens, young adults, and adults and for people who want to run with them. Learn more!
